1 oz. freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz. Sugar Cane Syrup
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Sparkling Water
6 Mint leaves
1 Mint sprig (Garnish)

muddle first the Mint Leaves with the Syrup in base of a Cocktail Shaker – then add some ice cubes, Lime- and Pineapple Juice – shake it and double-strain into a glass – finally top with Sparkling Water
